Target audience profile

TARGET AUDIENCE MOOD BOARD
Our primary target audience are the young people themselves (16-19), the ones who are affected by today's negative stereotypes. We intend to give hope to these individuals who are sometimes put down by an 'im not good enough' mentality. Our films main message will be that you don't have to take that path, the path your friends take , the path that inevitably ends in two places ; under the ground or behind bars. In addition to young people we also hope to target  the middle aged and even more so the elderly. This is because these groups are where the stereotypes originate from. They are also the groups where the most hostility is felt towards youth (proved by research). We hope that our film can positively affect their perception. Lastly one of our alternate but significant audiences are the 9-15 year old, the more easily manipulated youth.

Stereo Types:
Our target audience are to be seen as Anti-social youths, racists, in a gang and criminals.

Films/TV Drama They Might Watch:
Films such as Kidulthood, Adulthood, Shank and Attack The Block. TV Drama's such as Prison Break, Top Boy, Shameless and Misfits.

What Kind Of Music Do They Listen To:
Grime, R&B, Slow Jams or even Hip Hop.

How Do They Dress:
Baggy jeans, Tracksuits, Hoodies, Leather Gloves, all of these would be preferably blacked out. They dream to wear designers to stand out from others, and always loved to lower there jeans to a maximum level.
